Turbine Francis  

Francis turbines allow the widest possible scope, both in terms of head (covering a range from 20 to 200m) and power (from 400 kW to 30 MW).

MECAMIDI manufactures Francis turbines, called jet turbines, both vertical and horizontal, adapted to medium heads and flows. Sites equipped with Francis turbines show small discharge changes and thus allow to get high production efficiencies.
